Feature Films


  • Tim has written and co-written several feature film scripts which are in development with large production companies, studios, and directors.


  • Tim's script "38" is currently in development with the Boise Schiller group. "38" is based on Tim's true experience as a police officer in one of the most violent cities in America, during one deadly shift on the streets of St Louis.

  • Tim's script "Family Bonds", which is based on the intersection of Tim's FBI work and his family life, is currently in development with Chris Pratt's Indivisible Productions.


  • Tim's script "Siphon" is currently in development with WME Talent Agency. Siphon is loosely based on actual events, but is top secret.

  • Tim has appeared in dozens of un-scripted TV program episodes as a subject matter expert.

  • Tim is currently developing multiple un-scripted TV limited series and recurring series dealing with the DC Sniper investigation, and the 911 investigation, with the production company, Unrealistic Ideas.​​

Audio Projects


  • Tim has co-written and performed in multiple Audible Original documentary audio projects, including "Call Me God", a New York Times Bestseller, which has been nominated for multiple awards, including a BANFF Award.


  • Tim is currently co-writing, producing, and performing in "After The Fall", which chronicles the investigation and aftermath of the September 11, 2001 terror attacks.

  • Tim has created and co-written pilot scripts for CBS TV and USA Network, and has written and produced episodes for hit shows: "The Unit" on CBS, "Lie To Me" on Fox, and "NCIS Los Angeles" on CBS. Tim was also a staff writer and Story Editor on the CBS (2016 and 2017) series "Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders." 


  • He has worked intimately with several of Hollywood's most renowned writers, producers and showrunners on their programs as well as in developing new programs.

  • Tim has collaborated with showrunners: Ed Bernero (Criminal Minds, Third Watch, NYPD Blue), Shane Brennan (NCIS, NCIS Los Angeles, King and Maxwell), Shawn Ryan (The Shield, The Unit, Chicago Code, Lie To Me), Daniel Voll (The Unit, Lie To Me, Threat Matrix), David Mamet (The Unit), Scott Gemmel (ER, The Unit, NCIS: Los Angeles), and Chris Downey (Leverage, King and Maxwell).
